  • Visa Fees – Tanzania Visa cost is $100 for USA Citizens (Teri will obtain the Visas at the Tanzania Embassy prior to the trip for you, with no additional fee)
  • Beverages other than water and personal snacks between meals
  • Gratuities – Teri will provide a tipping guide
  • Travel Insurance – Available through King George Travel
  • Credit card fee of 4.1% for Land Package (Check payment is free of charge)

AIRFARE:

King George Travel is a full service, fully bonded & licensed travel agency in Virginia.  We will provide airline ticket purchase assistance for this trip free of charge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

King George Travel is licensed to quote and sell travel insurance.  We offer Allianz Global Travel Insurance.  We will provide Travel Insurance quotes and purchase assistance for each traveler.  The insurance cost is determined by the trip cost and the traveler’s age.  

​Travel Insurance is especially important for travel to remote locations, particularly because of the Emergency Medical Transportation coverage.  We will be happy to provide insurance coverage details to individuals per their request.

 11 nights’ accommodation with Full Board (3 meals per day) & bottled water included.  All accommodations including the tented camps have private ensuite facilities (flushable toilets & hot water showers).

Based on 15 to 19 Travelers + 1 free, sharing twin:

  • Individuals can contact King George Travel to reserve your space by:
  • Deposit of $500.00 will hold your space!
  • Final Payment will be due by January 14, 2020 -- 60 days prior to departure
  • We also accept incremental payments prior to the Final Payment date.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 76 or more days prior to departure:  20% of $500 Deposit is Non-refundable
  • 75 to 61 days prior to departure:  Full Deposit of $500 is Non-refundable
  • 60 days or less prior to departure:  100% of Tour Cost is Non-refundable
